an exclusive five-course dinner, compliments of MAX’s Wine
Dive Executive Chef Clint Connaway and his talented team.
This culinary tour de force, paired with the perfect wines from
MAX’s extensive wine list, is designed for food and wine lovers
who want to savor unique flavors and learn more about the wine
pairings. MAX’s sommeliers and culinary staff will share
their theories and motivations behind the pairings
and the creative process involved in crafting the
flavors of this multi-course celebration.

Need more than 40 wine selections? Become a VIP
and gain access to an elite tasting of an additional 20
premier, limited edition wines in a private tasting area that
will also feature special flavors created by Boiler House
Executive Chef Jeff White and MAX’s Wine Dive Executive
Chef Clint Connaway who will be on-hand to chat and share
their favorite wines with you. An upgraded “premier”
Riedel tasting glass is yours to take home and fill
with your favorite wine.
